Danny Wilder passes away at the age of 27

Danny Wilder, lead singer and guitarist of London band, Kings of the City, passed away on 3rd of October. The remaining band members are now planning to release their final album in conjunction with a relevant charity.
Ali Bla Bla, rapper and producer of the London band released a heartfelt personal statement yesterday beginning, “yesterday I buried one of my best friends. There was an extremely large turn out and a lot of lovely words shared about him.”
Since 2009 the band have travelled on their musical journey, reaching peaks such as Zane Lowe premiering their song on BBC Radio 1 and playing at the Jazz Cafe earlier this year, Wilders last live show. Wilder was diagnosed with lung cancer last October and battled the illness while continuing to work on his passion, music.
It is a sad time for his family and band members and we offer them our sincerest condolences.
