NFL hall of famer, Warren Sapp has been reported as selling his collection of Nike shoes at a bankruptcy auction recently for a total of $6,390.
The single winning bidder from Connecticuit purchased the collection of 213 pairs of U.S size 15 Nike shoes, mainly Air Jordans, including the superman, the black air jordans and the candy cane. Some unworn and all looking pretty fresh. At about $30 a pair, it's not a bad deal if you were wanting to buy 213 pairs of size 15 Nike Air Jordans.
Warren Sapp, who was only inducted into the NFL hall of fame this year has been plagued with a long list of financial problems which resulted in him filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy in April this year. He's reported to have put aside another 27 pairs of precious Nike shoes which were not included in the bulk auction. These fancy clogs could be reserved for a special separate auction to be held at a later date or Warren might just wana hang onto a few of his favourite shoes cuz no matter how tough times get, you still need to be seen stepping out in a smart pair of air jordans, even if you happen to be a bankrupt NFL hall of famer.
