DJ Becomes The First Artist To Manage Nine Top 10 Singles From One Album
Last year Calvin Harris released his album 18 Months, a 15 track long LP full of brilliant singles. The album's high callibre has since translated into a remarkable amount of success for most of the tracks featured on the album. This past weekend (August 4th), the Scottish DJ beat his own record as his single 'Thinking About You' featuring Ayah Marar, became his ninth single from the same album to place in the top 10 on the official top 40. Although he was only beating his own record, iconic artists like Michael Jackson now remain far below the DJ in terms of this record.
In response to the news, the artist tweeted: “Made a bit of chart history today! Thinking About You went Top 10 in UK...the first time anyone has had nine Top 10 singles from one album!"
