Jamie xx Reveals Collaboration With Four Tet

Jamie xx has revealed he is collaborating with Kieran Hebden, aka Four Tet.
In a recent interview with the Japan Times Jamie xx discussed the possibility of a new mixtape which will be showcasing his own work as well as collaborations with XX band mates Olly and Romy. When asked to name any more names Jamie said “I’ve started a track with Four Tet”.
As vague as the English producer was about the new mixtape, commenting nonchalantly that “It’ll just be ready when it’s ready”, it seems more than just mere conjecture so be on the lookout for that in the near future. Jamie and Kieran have both cemented themselves as pioneers in electronic music, both in the UK and overseas, so a collaboration at some point was kind of inevitable.
