Get weird with Pierre's 2nd ACID88!
DJ Pierre delivers another stomping acid trip.
Coming through from his ACID88 project, the lord of acid brings forth a juicy collection of acid bleeps and wonks. Initially released on vinyl in April, a digital version has also been made available now.
He masterfully travels across the weird and wonderful sound of acid house with faultless precision. DJ Pierre selects 12 mad tunes from acid heavyweights. Featuring tracks from Hardfloor, Thomas P Heckmann, Posthuman, Bloody Mary, Luke Vibert - this is a serious acid trip that you won’t want to end.
The Chicago producer and DJ is a pioneer of the acid sound who since the 80s hasn’t strayed from his style. He’s worked as himself and also forms one half of the Phuture. He’s still extremely active on the scene both stateside and here in Europe.
