I can’t possibly know whether you have or haven’t been to Cuba yet, but if you haven’t, here are some reasons why you should hop on a plane in the next few days and fly to the island of paradise;
-
First of all, it’s in the Caribbean. The Caribbean is known for the sandy beaches and the turquoise seas, so why would anyone say no to it?
-
The average temperature there in January is 21 degrees, and 27 in July! That’s definitely a major improvement from our winter here in the UK.
-
The people are extremely friendly. They treat you like family and they always want to help if you have any problems.
-
Going back to the seas, wow. They glimmer and reflect the sunrays from the blazing sun, while lapping calmly onto the shores. Really, no one can resist.
-
Havana, the capital city of Cuba, gives all the tourists the opportunity to take part in the lively festivals that are held throughout the year. Pop on a celebratory costume and join in with the party.
Even though there are many more reasons as to why you should visit Cuba, the main one is probably the fact that here in the UK, we class ourselves as extremely lucky if we get a week of sunshine (including a few showers), whereas in Cuba, it’s constantly sunny.
How would it feel to wake up every morning for the next two weeks and know that when you gaze outside your bedroom window, you won’t see a hurricane or an extreme downpour, but a luminous landscape coated with the gleaming rays of the sun?
Go find out!
