J-Dilla's posthumous album ‘The Diary’ was released today, and it features big collaborations with artists such as Snoop, Nas and Bilal.
As well as big collaborations the album features additional production from the likes of Madlib, Hi-Tec and Karriem.
Whilst living in Detroit Dilla worked on The Diary, working on the project after he had earned some of his highest levels of recognition in the music industry. However, after he moved to Los Angeles the project stalled, but it has now become the artists 14th release, aimed at all those hardcore Dilla fans that can’t get enough of his music.
