Junk in Southampton has been an institution for underground dance music on the South Coast for 11 years, and it now faces the very real threat of closure, after allegations of drug-related incidents and violence at the venue, which have been repeated in the local press. The club strongly refutes all these claims, and explained the situation in a statement here.
