Guestlist is getting you on the concessions list for all the best things to do in London every weekend:
Food and Drink:
Tayyabs
Legitimately the best Punjabi Restaurant in London. Top Chops. Oh my Gosht.
Art:
Jon Rafman exhibition @ the Zabludowicz Collection
(Sticky Drama, 2015) Rafman has worked in collaboration with Daniel Lopatin to create his first fully live-action short movie featuring a cast of over 35 children, developed in London over the last three months. Co-produced by Warp Records and featuring music from the forthcoming album by Oneohtrix Point Never, this is a must see - all for free.
Film:
Horror at the BFI
The BFI always provides films with decent bite on Halloween night. ‘The Shining’, the director’s cut of ‘The Exorcist’ and 2015’s hands-down scariest movie, US indie ‘It Follows’ should sufficiently scare you shitless for under a tenner.
Music:
Moodymann @ Attack At The Premiere!
Doesn’t need any more hype from us… Not to be missed.
Adam Beyer presents: Drumcode @ Tobacco Docks
Another big one which serves as the Guestlist HQ local warehouse rave - strong line up from start to finish in one of the best venues in London.
Festival:
Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens Fire Festival
A Halloween spectacular is in store for south London as the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens are turned into Asgaard, home of the Norse Gods. With over 5,000 turning up last year to watch the fire performers, fireworks display and fire magic show, it promises to be a sparkling evening.
