Spotlight: The Chocolate Brothers

If you haven’t heard the names Fantastik and Dribbla, you need to get out from under that rock you've been living under! Together they create the dynamic duo, the Chocolate Brothers. These two are one of most hard working duo in the game; attending university whilst pursuing a music career.
They were once the younger members of, north London’s grime crew, Proppa P. They’ve been rapping from their early teens and have evolved as artist through the years. They’ve worked with fellow north London artists like Chip and Marvell Crew. In their grime days, they were known to have the skippiest flows which worked well with their witty lyricism. Now that they’ve matured, their music sounds more matured yet fresh, as they’ve kept their trademark delivery which has made them two of the hottest rappers in their age group.
Their efforts have not gone unnoticed, this year the MOBO Awards recognised their talents and tipped them to be big. They were highlighted, along with 7 other acts from around the world, in the MOBO Spotlight 2013 series.

This song showcases their smooth delivery, catchy flows and clever lyricism which complements the instrumentals skippy tempo, and its hard hitting bass line. They both use cheeky punchlines which are amusing, and very entertaining.
With their talent and work ethic we can only expect bigger and better from the Chocolate Brothers. Be sure to keep an eye out for them.
