XYconstant sets up for summer with 'Silverlined'

After going straight to #1 at HypeM with ‘Silverlined’, Falmouth-based producer and DJ XYconstant kicks off his new deal with FFRR with the first official release of the track on June 28th. The track is packed full of summer vibes and is sure to be heard across festival fields up and down the country.
XYconstant aka Alfie Coleman, was introduced to electronic music by his older brother, initially through drum & bass and then a dubstep phase before he delved deeper into the genre. His influences now include Gorgon City, Amtrak, Hot Since 82, Henry Krinkle and Caribou.
His first track, a bootleg of MNEK x Disclosure’s ‘White Noise’, received a similarly strong reaction when it was championed by YouTube channel The Sound You Need. He managed to build on that initial buzz with remixes of Lola, Lana Del Rey and Ellie Goulding, DJ sets with the likes of Redlight, Bodhi, Doorly and Kry Wolf, and an appearance at Boardmasters. Now he’s set to dominate summer with his brand of uplifting, club-ready house.
