Space Dimension Controller put up an unreleased album for free last week. The LP was uploaded to his Soundcloud with the description: “Unreleased ambient album that I made between 2008 and 2009. Tapes and synths and Belfast 18-year-old problemz.” Despite the already ambient atmospheric nature of his songs, this album entitled Toy Consumer is even more ambient than anything he has produced. This is a gritty and spacious album that sounds more in-tune with Mount Kimbie. Nonetheless the album is free and is a very nice listen for anyone wanting a relaxing ambient, chilled album.
If you want something more upbeat, or a sort of chilled techno then check out some of his other work such as The Love Quadrant, which sees far more drums, and mellow repetitions of keyboards that build into a far more worked song that includes a ghostly set of vocals.
