The London Spanish Film Festival Spring Weekend

Get away from the mainstream typical Hollywood scene and head to the Ciné Lumière in Queensberry Place for a line-up of the most recent and most celebrated movies of Spanish origin. Whether you enjoy drama or comedy, action or thriller, the variety of Spanish movies displayed in the London Spanish Film Festival has something to fit your taste, your girlfriend’s and the one of the person sitting next to you.
As a unique feature the London Spanish Film Festival offers you a special preview of Pedro Almodovar’s latest creation. Los Amantes Pasajeros (I’m so excited!) mixes up some of the most experienced actors in the Spanish movie industry such as Javier Cámara, Lola Dueñas and Hugo Silva. Among other movie professionals, actors Carlos Aceres and Blanca Suárez will participate in a Q&A session after screening their respective movies.
All the films will be shown in Spanish with subtitles in English so an insight into Spanish culture and vibe is more than guaranteed brought by a great selection of original movies that will set up a must-go four day festival.
