Londoners Remember To SMILE!
Wednesday 17th April 2013 | Serena
It's 8a.m, the tube is full, we're all too close to not know each other. The bag is heavy, people yawn, we're not ready to face the day. Then you see a yellow cardboard with written #SmileOn and you truly smile. You think that these actions are really nice, simple projects but genuine. Sure there will be an publicity purpouse, you think.
But no. " #SmileOn is a project solely designed to bring smiles to London. "
12,500 bright yellow postcards featuring positive messages were scattered on the seats of the London Underground, just to make people smile. Isn't it great? The #SmileOn project is in place between the 15 and 19 April, so keep your eyes open during your trip in the Tube these days. The cards in addition to being yellow (who does not love yellow? it is such a positive color!), they scent of clementine, psychologically the happiest fragrance.
Then find them, look at them, smell them and SMILE! And maybe remember to smile even after April 19th! Why not? You will improve your day and to that of those who meet your smile!
