Anna Kendrick’s new music video ‘Cups’

If you saw the comedy film ‘Pitch Perfect’ last year, then you probably remember Beca (Anna Kendrick)’s audition scene, better known as ‘the cup song’. The scene has become so popular that Kendrick released an official music video with her cover. It turns out, the actress can actually sing. Have a listen:
In the scene, Kendrick uses of an empty plastic cup as percussion for the song that dates back to a 1937 country track recorded by Mariners Mountaineers. The original was recently adapted by Lulu and The Lampshades to incorporate the cups and that was when the YouTube covers started rolling in.
