Jay Z's recent holiday caused such a riot in the media, that he's decided it's time to say something.
In true H.O.V style, he's released 'Open Letter' via his own site 'http://lifeandtimes.com/'
The song is about his time in Cuba, and what he feels should become endorsed into the US/Cuba embargo acts. He goes in on this, and he's venting.
