BLKSUNCHILD - The Sun Is Black

BLKSUNCHILD, or as he is legally known: Daryle Carstaphen, is a 21 year old rapper originally hailing from East Cleveland, Ohio but now coming out of Nashville, Tennessee, he loves old sounds, old soul music that his father played to him and is a big fan of the 90’s hip-hop and neo-soul movements.
To put it simply, this guy is dope, please check him out if you haven’t heard him before! He has been involved in poetry, arts and music for over a decade and that dedication and passion is evident when you listen to him rap.
His first project, NINE, was released on May 9th 2012 and the follow up, NINE22, was released on September 22nd 2012, which also happened to be his 21st birthday, NINE22 can be obtained on his bandcamp (september.bandcamp.com). Before settling on the name BLKSUNCHILD he went by the name September, deciding to make the switch to BLKSUNCHILD after some heavy reflection on Panama Beach.
He is currently working on his first project as BLKSUNCHILD, which is entitled Indigo State of Mind (#ISM) which is due for release soon. Make sure you keep an eye out for this guy as I predict big things for him
