THE second Vogue Festival is taking place on April 27 and April 28 2013, following the huge success of its inaugural event last April. The two-day fashion extravaganza promises even more than its predecessor and will be held at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Hall at Southbank Centre.
"Our first Vogue Festival was such a success that for 2013 we are planning to do it again on a larger scale," said Vogue editor Alexandra Shulman.
