The Neighbourhood new video for Sweater Weather

Tuesday 5th March 2013 | Serena

The band The Neighbourhood just launched the video for their latest song Sweater Weather, a kaleidoscopic black and white imagery of the classic California.

Born in 2012, they appeared on the web with the moody track titled Female Robbery. No history, no bios, nothing. They obviously become a buzz and they fastly grew up of popularity, thanks to this strategy that focused the attention to their music and not on their appearance or their history. In a melting pot of genre, the 21 years old tatooed frontman Jesse Rutherford offers songs that are a cross between hip-hop, R & B and rock, definitely commercial, and less indie than they would like to be.

But they are definitely destined to be somebody soon.

Check the video of Sweater Weather from the album I'm Sorry... here and don't miss them during their Uk tour - the 3/5 at the Ruby Lounge in Manchester, 4/5 at Live at Leeds in Leeds , 5/5 at the King Tuts Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow, 7/5 at the Start the Bus in Bristol and the 8/5 at the Heaven in London.
