Watch out! Clean Bandit

This eccentric London’s quartet is worth to keep an eye on. On 2011 they released the EP ‘Telephone Banking’ and now they are surprising us with more fresh beats on their new EP ‘A&E’, which they recently released on Black Butter, and that has quickly raised to No.1 in the iTunes Electronic Music Chart. The EP also contains the track ‘Nightmare’ and has remixes from the likes of Alexis Raphael, Gorgon City, Aaron Lipsett and Johnny 2 Laptops. The tack has been supported by Huw Stephens (ROTW), Annie Mac and Greg James(ROTW) and played on the BBC 1.
Formed by Jack Patterson (bass / sax / deck), Luke Patterson (drums), Grace Chatto and Neil Amin-Smith (both strings), Clean Bandit work with a variety of vocalists. Kandaka Moore & Nikki Marshall, who the band found in a local community’s singing and dancing group next to their studio in Kilburn, contribute with their powerful and melodic voices to the tracks of this interesting and refreshing EP.
Their next show will be the 21th December at XOYO, as part of the BB Xmas Bash line-up, which also features Redlight Alexis Raphael, Syron amongst others.
