Reverend JW Simpsons – New Bar Opens in Fitzrovia

Created by the people behind Bourne & Hollingsworth, Reverend JW Simpson is a fantastic new bar that has just opened up on Goodge Street. The venue, which is Reverend JW Simpson's old home, has been kept much the same with peeling wallpaper, unfinished paintwork and exposed kitchen tiles. The atmosphere is relaxed, with dimmed lighting and intimate curved seating areas.
Much like it's sister bar, Reverend JW Simpsons is quirky yet classy. It has real character. The menu features a carefully conceived collection of cocktails, each one illustrated with a graphic of the vintage crystal glass your potion of choice will arrive in. Each concoction is crafted using only the freshest ingredients and professional techniques, with unusual ingredients such as liquorice and green tea syrup.They are as good as they are strong.
You wont find long queues or crowds here, and you wont have to elbow and bulldoze your way to the bar. The waiters are both attentive and knowledgeable. Reverand JW Simpsons has has the feel of a private drinks party, with a communal piano and complimentary snacks circulating throughout the night to soak up those strong cocktails.
Make sure you pop down to this little gem of a bar; perfect for after work drinks or a romantic rendez-vous. Go on, have some drinks around at the Reverend's crib - but make sure you book ahead- this place is popular!
