Singing mice: they have talent too

Cientists defend that mouses combine the pitch of their voices, (or should I say winch?) so they can sing in unison.
A study in Tulane University (New Orleans, USA) shows that rodents share brain mecanisms to manipulate the sounds that they produce, says Telegraph. And you know what? Humans do the same thing, the same way. Weird stuff right? Until this discovery, this dowers were only associated to us, humans, bats, some big mammals and also other species of singing birds. Now we can join rats to this special spot of singing kinds.
It was already known that mice could produce an ultrasonic sound to atract partners but now we can add to our knowledge that they can also modulate their tone to sing in choir.
Telegraph stated that when two male rats are placed in a cohabitation situation they start slowly trying to match the pitch of their voices. The experiment also added the fact that deft or cortex damaged mice are not as able as the others to perform in the same tone or adapt their own.
