Apple VS Samsung; Round 2

There has been many great battles in history, David Vs Goliath, Muhammad Ali Vs George Foreman and now a epic battle seems to be continuing within two big companies of tech, Samsung Vs iPhone. Both companies have headed to court again to argue and fuss about the iPhone 5, apple’s latest gadget for the mac lover. Having been released under a month ago, it is not on the cards for an immediate selling ban, however both companies are due to head to court over how the iPhone 5 has infringed on patents.
Samsung has claimed that the iPhone 5 has had eight court filings against it covering connectivity standards and general utilities. However knowing apple has won the case of the iPhone 4s and that the iPhone 5 is not a great deal different from the iPhone 5, it is suspected that they will win again.
iPhone 5 sold over a massive 5 million sales during its opening three days, however so far it is actually Samsung who is winning the market with more people buying their Samsung galaxy S3. The battle will continue in California within the year, however the question must be asked to why they don’t stop they silly squabble and try to perfect their devices so that no bug’s can get into the Samsung Galaxy S3 like the bug which hit last week on their android phone or try to correct their camera so that no purple haze appears, like what has been revealed on the iPhone 5. However without a doubt the battle will continue, when the squabble will stop, nobody knows.
