Underground Festival

Somehow, this festival has previously slipped through our finger-tips. Blinded by Bestival and Reading we never noticed Underground Festival well your day has come Gloucester. Running from over the 29th and 30th of September this festival is short but certainly sweet. Not only does this festival have an excellent line-up of signed and un-signed bands but it’s completely free!
If you’ve been reading our articles then you will know our crush on Swim Deep runs, well , pretty deep. You can imagine our excitement when we discovered they are playing this festival , which have we mentioned IT'S FREE?! Other acts on the line-up include Bastille, Lower than Atlantis, Last Dinosaurs and Hey Sholay who back in June wowed the commuters of St Pancras station with a performance to brighten any travelling blues.
Tickets for this festival are first come first serve so get there early to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately there isn’t any camping for you intense festival connoisseurs you’ll simply have to put up with flushing toilets and loo roll in nearby hostels and hotels.
