The old skool grime MC Scrufizzer is back with an enlightening new tune called “The Recipe Freestyle”, which was already ‘emotional’ when Dre and Kendrick vocaled the beat, Scrufizzer brings a London feel to it. Amary Lorenzo displayed his lyrical abilities are definitely on par with the best. It’s an excellent compilation about his life, the ones he respects and where he wants to be. Talking about such things as how he didn’t sell out after he got a record proposal and how he “ain’t no sucker” for the general haters in life. He touches on many subjects regarding life and his ambitions.
The fact that his music is quite diverse even though he is predominantly “grime” makes him someone to definitely look out for in the future. Music has made this guy many fans and more haters over the years than I’ve had hot dinners, I personally think “give him a break”. One of my many jobs as a music journalist is to spot talent early, Scrufizzer is most definitely one of the many talents in West London that are yet to rise. Keep your eyes peeled for more releases from this guy as you will have the opportunity to say, “I heard about him, back when fam”.
