Bolt and Shaggy!

Morgan Heritage had been out of the scene for a while, but they came out promptly which was surprising compared to the other acts in the festival.
Seeing a whole band including singers and rappers who were all brothers and sisters gave a warm Jackson 5 feeling with the cool vibes of reggae. It was awesome. Morgan Heritage are definitely underated. Wheather you were a reggae boffin or you just wanted to chill with the vibes, The Heritage crew was doing drops of reggae classics and gave the audience bursts of dancehall and energies were high throughout! Also, the main dude Pete has the awesome one grey dreadlock which I think is just so cool.
In the middle of the Heritage set, the entire band stopped and people turned to see the giant screen as the 100m sprint was about to start. To watch such an Olympic event in a crowd full of Jamaican proud people the atmosphere was insane! We saw Bolt, Blake and Powell the three fastest men in the world racing against each other with all the pressure on Bolt to win especially with all the sponsorship contracts he has which are flashed all over the O2! It was a nail biting and once in a lifetime experience. Within 9.63 seconds Usain Bolt made an Olympic Record and the Arena went WILD. Including me - I got Bolt fever and could not stop screaming for about 5 minutes. Drinks were being poured and everyone was set to celebrate with the likes of Shaggy.
Shaggy, who was looking the same since 1995, came out (tad late must say) and gave his respects to the recent Olympic record holder Bolt before singing one of his biggest tunes Mr Bombastic. All I can say is dayum that man can move his hips and shake his ass! What stripper did he learn that off! I found it thoroughly entertaining and love he didn’t take himself too seriously.
The night ended on a massive high, literally.
