Ab-Soul recently released a dope album to a high quality finish on the 11th of May this year, unlike his tacky recording in the previous ones. His intricate style and conscious lyrical content really intrigues the listener every time. Lifestyles of the broke and almost famous with this guy, His rise to fame with black hippy in 2009 really made him pop in Compton, however he still lacks the recognition he deserves internationally, unlike Kendrick and Schoolboy Q. His recent mix-tapes all had something to say in the Hip Hop world but weren’t engineered to the best of quality. It’s all changed with this one and the mastering sounds world class. The production is all original with a few pieces with Jay-Rock, Kendrick Lamar and Schoolboy Q. Best thing is these guys chill together so they have records upon records of feature work with one another. More chance for Ab-Soul to go global.
