Euro 2012 Travel Plans

As 16 countries from across Europe prepare to compete for soccer glory, Poland and Ukraine will join together to host the UEFA Euro 2012, one of the most highly anticipated tournaments in the sport. But, what if football doesn’t tickle your fancy? Amongst the violence, chanting, rioting and drunken nudity, you can maybe see some football in there but enjoy yourself your in Eastern Europe!
All games will be split between eight cities – four in Poland and four in Ukraine – with quarter-final and semi-final games being played in Warsaw and Kiev. The final game will take place in Kiev, Ukraine’s capital and largest city. And although these cities in both countries will be dedicated to the tournament, many tourist attractions await. Monuments, museums, castles and cathedrals are all yours to discover, IF you are one of those cultural loving people. Or you could truly discover why the Polish and Ukrainians flooded our country!
