New Kid On The Block

White boy rapping, smoking a cigarette, wearing non-designer clothing, that image isn't exactly what first comes to your mind when you think of rap is it?
At first glance you'd think this was a recipe for disaster, but for some reason my hand keeps going back to the ‘replay’ button on YouTube and after my 5th time listening to this song, I find myself reciting the lyrics in one tab and typing the artists name into Google in another!
It's about time I found an underground artist that can make my head bop to the sound of the beat and my mouth mime along to lyrics as if I've known their song for years.
The song I'm talking about is titled ‘What’ by an artist named Grima, he's not what comes to mind when you think of rapper, as in he's no Asher Roth or Eminem, but he does know how to kill a beat. Even though this is the first track I've heard from this artist, it's clear to see he's hungry to succeed in the industry and I believe he's got the potential to go far.
