It’s quite unusual to talk about Spanish clothing, however, the woman I’m going to introduce saved the old and disappearing leatherwork of this country.
Ines Figaredo uses daily objects and transforms them into; handbags.
You would hardly know that it’s shoes and items, less usual is tyres that passes by her hands. Her extraordinary vision works like a child’s and is to create a new kind of accessory that has never been seen before (maybe in Alice in Wonderland).
The prices are very expensive,and due to the quality and the unique side of her work, that would be better placed in a museum perhaps.
