Volkswagen's People Project - A Real-Life Hover Car?

It would be totally crazy to have a real-life hover car, right? A good few years before Marty McFly's 2015 hoverboard prophecy, this 'magnetic levitation spherical vehicle' will definitely do for now. It was designed with the people of China in mind, searching for a solution to traffic congestion - it is the People's Car Project, after all. This open-source project lead to the design of this technological marvel, which you can see in action in the incredible video below. We can't wait to have our very own Guestlist Network-themed VW hover car!
