It was proven by US scientists that people lose more weight they refuse to clear the table. They end up eating 27% less than their more helpful mates, and aren’t as tempted to eat the leftover food.
The same group of researchers also discovered that dirt can help you be happier. Apparently, some of the bacteria which live in household dirt produce serotonin, known as ‘the happy hormone’.
Who needs pills to become thin and happy? – the evidence clearly shows you can just stop cleaning your flat!
