Aaliyah Album In The Works

If the late singer’s producer is to be believed, fans are in for a real treat as Jeffrey ‘J.Dub Walker’ tweets about her ‘upcoming album.’
Walker’s tweet has been taken down, but Soul Culture managed to take a screen grab before it disappeared. He tweeted on Monday that a posthumous album is in the works, which will be composed entirely of previously unreleased material.
Tragically, Aaliyah died at the young age of 22 in 2001 after a plane crash in the Bahamas. She was an incredibly influential artist whose talent and breathtaking vocals still inspire singers today.
Aaliyah’s brother said on Tuesday that "no official album is being released and supported by the Houghton family", but he did not deny that her label and producers were working on the project.
