Sacha Baron Cohen’s Dictator Dumps Ashes On Ryan Seacrest

The Dictator star carried an unusual choice of accessory when making his arrival on the red carpet: a prop urn filled, with what he said were the ashes of Kim Jong- il who died last December.
Never one to go unnoticed, his appearance at the 84th annual academy awards was no exception. He was dressed for the occasion, in a militia coat as Admiral General Aladeen, and dumped the urn on Ryan Seacrest. It was later revealed that it was in fact pancake butter.
Cohen deadpanned to the presenter and radio host ‘When someone asks who you are wearing, you can say Kim Jong-il.'
But Cohen didn’t stop there with his fashion tips. ‘Saddam Hussein once said to me, ‘socks are socks’, referring to his Kmart footwear. ‘Don’t waste money.’ The controversial TV personality clearly hasn’t lost his touch!
Seacrest later joked to Tina Fey ‘I’m a little dusty.’ It’s good to see that he maintained good spirits.
