4 Year Old Brings Cannabis To School For Snack Time

A four year old boy brought nine wrapped bags of the drug to his elementary school in Connecticut for snacks.
The boy’s teacher at Hanover Elementary School in Meriden, said that the student who is special needs, pulled them out from his coat pocket and announced he had snacks.
The other children were not aware of what happened as the drugs were confiscated quickly.
Police are investigating the incident but no arrests have been made so far. The school are concerned with the student’s welfare, of having no knowledge what he was bringing to school. Mark Benigni, the school superintendent said that he was safe and will continue to ensure a suitable learning environment for all students.
