DJ Talent Show?

A new TV talent show that Simon Cowell is planning recently has led to an ongoing furore. The show is to search for the world's best new DJs. However, Gilly Da Silva, the creator of Superstar DJ said “It’s not something that can be judged on a stage like X Factor.” and “He needs to stick to his freak shows, because that's where his expertise lies,’. There is obviously a problem that manufactured talent may not be the same as real talent but on the other hand, it could be a platform for small DJs and could be the break for someone who wants an albeit speedier rise to fame.
