But who/ what will stop Lana Del Rey in her dazzling ascension? Six months after her smash hit Video Games, Lana is about to become both a music and fashion icon.
This week was officially her week: Born to Die, her debut album (as Lana del Rey), has been released worldwide and she has also become the next British Vogue cover girl.
She’s come a long way. She’s now recognised by a lot of people. After being the Wonderland cover girl to highlight her music, Vogue aka the “Bible” is now offering her the fashion reconnaissance. The newly unveiled cover shows Lana in a spring/ summer Louis Vuitton blouse doing her legendary ‘moue’ and we have to admit that the combination: Lana, Vogue and Louis Vuitton is delightful. “The fascinating Lana Del Rey” as titled, signed a contract with Next Model Management last month. So keep an eye on her image!
