Indie/Rock Review: Steel Panther 8th November @ Camden Electric Ballroom
Wednesday 16th November 2011 | Annalisa
The mighty Steel Panther return to the UK for a one-off headline show following the release of their latest album – ‘Balls Out’. The venue is packed full of people wearing wigs and glam-rock outfits ready to rock.
The band open with the first track on their sophomore album “Super Sonic Sex Machine” delivering a series of new songs and classics from their previous work which get the crowd going.
The comedy aspect of this show tonight is superb. Steel Panther never fail to break a smile upon your face, it’s hard not to laugh, but in every positive way. An encore follows, the crowd break into an uproar as the band play their biggest hits from ‘Death To All But Metal’, including the self-titled track which ends which can only be described as: an exclusive, all inclusive, Steel Panther show.
