Gin Making Workshop @ The Forge!

The Forge in Camden will be hosting a Gin Making Workshop on 5th November 2011.
Gin connoisseurs from the Sacred Spirits Company will be sharing their expert advice on the art of making the traditional British tipple with an interactive workshop, tips and demonstrations. Perfect for groups of friends, couples or aspiring distillers, the event is set to be a perfect gin fuelled prelude to Fireworks night!
The tickets are just £25 and include a range of canapes specially chosen to complement the spirit. All gin, mixers and equipment are included in the ticket price, so you can leave a fully fledged gin guru.
Guests will learn the basics for distilling gin with a talk from the Sacred Spirits Company who create widely acclaimed gin and vodkas in Highgate, using London's only vacuum-distilling techniques. Guests will also be able to participate in a hands-on workshop, showing them how to blend the fruits and spices behind your favourite tipple and infuse unconventional ingredients such as coriander, nutmeg and frankincense to create a modern spin on traditional Gin flavours.Learn how to infuse gins with traditional winter spices for the perfect homemade Christmas Gift.
Ian Hart from the Sacred Spirits Company, will also be on hand to offer world class advise on the best blending techniques with 11 botanticals to taste.

Doors will be open from 4:30pm for 5pm. Workshop will finish at around 6:30pm
