The Doggfather of Hip Hop Went in Hard
Snoop Dogg came to London at the O2 Arena Friday 7th October and my was it a show stopping show. With support acts Yasmin doing her thing and Mistajam show casing a very well put together set of old skool and new skool hip hop tunage to get the crowd pumped for the legend.
The crowd went wild when the light came down cause everyone new that it was time for him to come on. Snoop did not disappoint, he went in HARD!! He played old school tracks like Gin and Juice, Who am I (What's My Name) then came the tunes he featured with artist like Justin Timberlake and Charlie Wilson, Signs, Beautiful which Pharrell Williams featured on and the crowd went wild. The guys went crazy when I Wana Love You came on and the girls on stage gave him a Lap-dance. Other track he performed were Drop it like its hot and Sexually Eruption with his backing dancers working the stage.
The highlights had to be when he sparked up a joint on stage while his crew were rocking the mic and the Nate Dogg Tribute that touched the crowed and lead to a minute of silence. He played classic Nate Dogg tracks like Nobody Does It Better, Regulate and The Next Episode. Snoop definitely had everyone on their the whole time, his swagger was on point he Cript-walked on stage and with his well crafted Sliver Mic and his shades add the extra coolness about him.
To finish the show we all had are two fingers in the air chanting Na Na Na Nah hey hey hey Snoop Dogg..Apart from a few people getting kicked out for smoking in the venue the crowed was very hyped but controlled. Wicked night The Doggfather definitely came and rocked the O2 arena.
