Radio 1 legend Annie Mac has just announced a brand new event series titled AMP Collected, to be held in residency at The Institute of Contemporary Arts in London. The series will showcase Annie's eclectic musical taste by presenting the freshest new artists on her radar.
The first instalment on 26th November saw one of her biggest tips for 2015, Lapsley, take the stage for her London debut. The 18 year old from Liverpool has just been signed to XL and boasts intelligent production work and enchanting vocals: check out her breakthrough single 'Falling Short':
Alongside Lapsley, Dornik showcased his rich R&B, soul-pop record 'Something About You'.
The second AMP Collected takes place on 10th December and features the London hip-hop triumvariate Hawk House and Sydney-based singer and produer George Maple, who has just played Fader Font and Rough Trade events in New York, collaborated with Flume, and will shortly release her hotly anticipated debut EP 'Vacant Space'.
