New Chance the Rapper
RnB/Hip Hop |

As part of the launch of Twitter's new audio card (which will enable uninterrupted audio streaming while scrolling), Chance The Rapper has released ‘No Better Blues’.
Backed by ‘The Social Experiment’ (Chance’s band), the track has a much darker edge compared to his celebrated 'Acid Rap' mixtape of 2013. Chancelor Bennett tells us about all the things he doesn’t like in his world, varying from the laughable "virtually all vegetables" to the more serious “I hate darkness, I hate racists/ I hate white people". A sense of helplessness predominates, as he highlights the inavoidable contradictions of his life in a stream of consciousness ramble: “I fuck to hurt, it hurt to date, I hate to date/ I fuck to hate, I hate to love, I hate to hate”.
