Dru Blu's thoughts on the Music Industry
The underground artist, Dru Blu AKA Don Strapzy, has recently added his new stage name which is Dru Blu because this is more of an appropriate name to have. It is more likely he will get mainstream with this name as he isn't yet getting radio play. Also 'Strapzy' is referenced to 'Strapped' which means having a gun on them. The UK rap artist from Lewisham has made many songs but last year one stood out which was called 'Team UK'. You may need to check it out if you haven't already as it definitely isn't just your average song. So many names are mentioned, it really doesn't seem that anybody in the current UK scene was left out. Was he expecting anybody to retaliate? He uses play-on words which are very clever. He mentions 'Rizzle pricks, I said it wrong, I mean Rizzle Kicks/They be talking about a travellers chant now, I put Jordan in the back of my car, wow'. That's just for starters! He continues 'Tinie better come and get his card out/or ima put him in a headlock till he pass out'.
As harsh as the music seems, it's quite humorous and the guy certainly makes a statement. He even dissed One Direction by saying 'I'll bitch slap Harry/I'll kidnapp Zayn/if you want him to stay alive, you better pay me right'. He goes to the extent of disrespecting the Camden rapper, 'No respect/I'll stick Dappy and i'll sleep with no regrets'. The Artist's that he mentions are endless!

He is bringing out new material so we are here wondering what the content of his new music is going to have, will he gain radio play? His new album Double or Nothing looks like it's coming out very very soon as he tweeted this morning:
