'Coloured People' Banned by Property Tycoon Fergus Wilson!

It’s been revealed that Fergus Wilson, one of the country’s biggest buy-to-let landlords, has banned ‘coloured’ people from being allowed to rent his property.
In an email sent to a letting agent, he demanded, ‘No coloured people because of the curry smell at the end of the tenancy.’
The landlord attempted to explain his remarks to the Sun: ‘It is a problem with certain types of coloured people — those who consume curry — it sticks to the carpet. You have to get some chemical thing that takes the smell out. In extreme cases you have to replace the carpet.’
It would be ridiculous enough to stop anyone from having free choice of food in their own home, but Mr Wilson goes a step further to stop anyone vaguely Asian from living there just in case they eat curry.
But Mr Wilson doesn’t only ban people based on their skin colour. His property empire in Kent also refuses to let to single parents, families with children, single adults, victims of domestic abuse, workers on low incomes, pet owners and smokers.
So if he’s banning so many different types of people, what is the secret to his success? Apparently, Eastern Europeans! ‘In about 2005 the Eastern Europeans started coming and they made really good tenants,’ he explained. ‘I haven't advertised a property for five years because they always ask - can my friend move in?’
Since the news broke, activists have been protesting Wilson’s ban by sending him curries!
