Avant Garde is known for bringing fresh bookings to London and this year's summer season is no different.
To kick this off on June 25th, Brazilian techno king Gui Boratto plays a rare three hour live set at Oval Space, and the strong line-ups do not let up from there. Corsica Studios host Luca Bacchetti and Aera (Live) on July 23rd, and Bankside Vaults takes on one of the biggest events Avant Garde have created on August 28th - Spanish star John Talabot, Roman Flugel, disco king Prins Thomas, the ever inventive Fort Romeau plus Cleveland all front the bill. It's a massive programme and is sure to be one of AG crew's best ever nights.
On 23rd September sees Avant Garde unleash a new concept called Raum. For this they are moving away from their more melodic style of bookings and into something darker and harder. For this inaugural show, held at Oval Space and co-curated by Dystopian, they have Ostgut Ton favourite and influential techno producers, which are being kept under wraps for now, plus Kr!z b2b Pfirter, Morbeck and more.
Not content with all of that, Avant Garde have added October and November dates. On October 14th, a rare all-live line-up will hit Bankside Vaults - Kiasmos play their only club show this year alongside a full AV set up, Christian Loffler will also be bringing he exclusive live visual show with singer Mohna, Aparde will be making his UK debut, with Lake People rounding out the night. November 24th sees Royksopp drop in for a very special DJ set, with a whole host of guests in tow.
