Reggae Star Luciano "The Messenjah's" Son Murdered
Grammy nominated reggae artist, Luciano “The Messenjah” Clymont posted an appeal on YouTube to anyone who may have any information on those responsible for his son’s murder.
19 year old Menelik Clymont was stabbed multiple times on 27th February and died in hospital the next day due to his injuries. The attack was unprovoked and simply occurred simply for looking at someone the wrong way.
Within 48 hours of being posted, the reggae sensation’s emotional video had been watched more than 44,000 times. In addition to pleading for information, the artist, joined by producer Wayner Lonesome, urged young people avoid senseless violence and to stay away from high-crime areas in Jamaica.
