Playstation Four Officialy Announced

The Least Surprising Console Announcement since the Wii U was Confirmed Meh.
As expected on Wednesday 20th of February in New York Sony’s next gaming system, the imaginatively titled Playstation 4, was announced. So is it any good? From this amateur journalists view (i.e. incredibly pro-Sony bias) it looks pretty good, like 8/10 good. Good not great.
Peering through the technical mumbo-jumbo it’s about 16 times more powerful than the modern PS3 though the shown off games like Killzone: Shadowfall and Infamous: Second Son don’t really showcase that power. There’s going to be a heavy emphasis on stream games and a recording feature but most of the exact details are unknown so more is likely to be shown around the E3 expo in Los Angeles this June. The systems physical form and price where no shown off, with the latter being really important considering the criticisms the PS3 took for its high price. More will definitely be shown off in the current months.
