Ellie Goulding releases new video featuring Dakota Fanning

Indie | Wednesday 26th September 2012 | David

Ellie Goulding has just released a video for new song ‘I Know You Care’, which features Hollywood actress Dakota Fanning.

The song is part of the soundtrack for Fanning’s latest film Now Is Good, which tells the story of a girl coming to terms with being diagnosed with leukemia.

The video, which features footage of Dakota and co-star Jeremy Irvine from the film, accompanies the song, which is taken from Goulding’s second album Halcyon. Unsurprisingly, the song’s tone is slow and sad, with the video’s chronicling of the feature film adding to this.

Ellie’s 2010 debut album, Lights, proved to be a huge success for the Hereford-born singer, going straight to number 1. ‘I Know You Care’ follows the release of her latest album’s lead song ‘Anything Could Happen’.
