Lindsay Get’s Arrested...AGAIN?

The Mean Girls actress has been arrested for allegedly hitting a man in his thirties and fleeing the scene.
I think it is safe to say that Lindsay Lohan has some serious issues with the Law. The BBC reports that Lohan was in Lower Manhattan, leaving a nightclub at the Dream Hotel when the accident occurred. She supposedly hit the man while driving her Porsche through an alley between the Maritime Hotel and the Dream Hotel.
After the incident Lindsay and her entourage fled into the hotel and were only escorted out after the police had been called. Although the victim was taken to the hospital due to a blow to the knee, he doesn’t appear to have sustained any visible injuries and was later released from hospital.
Police have confirmed that no alcohol was involved in the incident but have charged Lindsay for leaving the scene. In the US this type of act is known as a “lesser” crime, which is why there was no need for Lohan to pay bail. However, after her necklace theft last year, the twenty six year old is still on informal probation until 2014, which means that she could still end up in front of a judge. Will Lindsay ever learn?
