Big Sean yesterday released some hot new material not to short from his second album release, “Detroit” which has been one of the many releases from this ever-climbing artist. Big Sean brings various artists that feature on the mixtape, some of the rappers include (Snoop Lion, J Cole, Kendrick….). The 17-track list is one to excite any finally famous fan.
Releasing ‘Sophomore’ and ‘Cruel Summer’ in one year could be hard, but really what has Mr Sean really got to think about? Killing it in the mixtape game already having released (Finally Famous Vol 1 & 2) Sean in a interview speaks about why he dropped Detroit at such a time, he says: ‘“I really don’t feel like I need to do a mixtape because I did three of them already,”. Then he goes on to say “But after I came out with my album I always wanted to keep the fans, the believers intrigued and I promised them I’d do another mixtape. With this G.O.O.D. Music album and then my next album coming so soon it really don’t make no sense for me to do a mixtape but we do got the songs already. It’s basically done— we’ve got new photos and new videos that we’re not using for the album so we might as well give fans something for free.’
